The honored position of Chief Petty Officer established on April 1, 1893 is a Naval position of great responsibility, tradition and pride. These old goats shaped the Navy into what it is today. The Stars and Stripes is torn, cut and worn but still flies behind this Navy Master Chief. Makes for a great gift for retired veteran salty sailor or a active duty MCPO approaching retirement.
