📦 Order Processing Times
All items are made to order and sent to production once your purchase is confirmed.

Orders received after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Because we work with multiple production partners, processing times may vary by item.
Typical production time: 3-8 business days, though delays may occur during peak seasons or due to supplier availability. Unforeseen problems (supplier shipping delays, production problems, order complications, etc) out of our control may increase this timeframe and customer will be informed.
🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery
Shipping options and rates are calculated and shown during checkout, based on your delivery address and item weight.

You will see shipping prices and estimated delivery times before completing your order.

We do not offer local pickup or delivery.
🌎 International Orders & Customs
We proudly ship to many international destinations. However:

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or clearance.
🧾 Tracking Your Order
Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking numbers may not be available until production is complete and your item has shipped.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately so that one product’s delay doesn’t hold up the rest of your order. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as:
