Thank you for shopping with us. Each item in our store is made to order just for you, which allows us to offer a wide range of unique and personalized products. Because of this, we have the following refund and return policy in place:
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges since all products are made to order. Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered production with our print partner. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it one-for-one at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement:

Return Shipping Costs
If a return is authorized (e.g., for damaged items), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Condition of Returned Items
Any item returned must be in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
