U.S. FCPO Skull and Crossbones First Class Navy Sailor 20oz Stainless Steel Tumbler. 
This design shows a Navy Skull & Crossbones First Class Petty Officer Sailor with a Dixie Cup cover and attack crosshair in it's eye.
First Class Petty Officers are E-6's which are 6th in the enlisted rank structure and the highest rank allowed before being selected for Chief. These hard working sailors often conduct the same duties as Chief Petty Officer's.
If FCPO's hope to be selected for CPO's they must start their training as soon as they advance to 1st Classes. For that reason you will see FCPO assume many duties and responsibilities to gain experience and show they can perform those duties that CPO's are expected to conduct.
FCPO's are mostly considered middle management, they are in the rare section of the chain of command where they are still approachable by the young sailors and expected to conduct senior leadership roles by the higher ranks. The 1st Class Petty Officer role is a difficult and rewarding position.
Great gift idea for those recently promoted to 1st Class Petty Officer or those veterans that have separated or retired as a 1st Class Petty Officer.
Either way, I'm sure any FCPO would love to have this tumbler for use while out to sea or while on the beach.
