This design shows U.S. Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Skull and Crossbones sailor over a tattered American flag.
The honored position of Navy Chief Petty Officer established on April 1, 1893 is a Naval position of great responsibility, tradition and pride.
MCPO an E-9 is the last step of the Chief ranks within the Navy enlisted, it is the highest of the Naval service senior enlisted. 
These old goats shaped the Navy into what it is today.
The Stars and Stripes is torn, cut and worn but still flies behind this Navy Master Chief.
Makes for a great gift for retired veteran salty dog or a active duty MCPO approaching retirement.
